This offers the content of the 2 day course in a one day workshop and home study hybrid. Students will prepare for this one day practical by completing the home study program before class. The live portion will be a 3 hour lecture reviewing the most critical parts of the NFPT CPT course. The second 3.5 hours will bridge the gap between the text book and a practical working environment. During the practical some of the things students will learn are proper exercise form, spotting techniques, evaluation methods, basic stretching and warm ups.
Testing: We urge students to take the computer based exam which you need to sign up for online with at least 7 days notice. We offer this testing method onsite following the course and there are many sites throughout the US that offer it as well. Results are given on the spot. There is a $49.00 fee for computer based testing which is included in your course fee. To register for your exam login to the NFPT site with your PIN and click certification which will have a link for the exam. YOU DO NOT PAY OR SIGN UP AT THE EXAM LOCATION.
