I chose this article because I believe sleep is under rated. Lack of sleep has an impact on my clients and even my staff. I always tell my clients that without sleep all the exercise in the world is not going to help you. In fact I will not do HIIT with anyone who is not rested and recovered.
I could not agree more. It seems that, for optimal results, you need to do everything in your control correctly. Proper amount of sleep, hydration, nutrition, resistance and cardio. It is not easy but if you can maintain discipline across these 5 key factors success is all but guaranteed.
