Lack of sleep has an impact on my clients and even my staff. I always tell my clients that without sleep all the exercise in the world is not going to help you. It seems that, for optimal results, you need to do everything in your control correctly. Proper amount of sleep, hydration, nutrition, resistance and cardio.
